FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When is the latest I can make changes? We allow changes to be made up to 2 months before your event. After that, changes are not guaranteed and fees will apply.
Do you do
destination weddings? Absolutely, we are always ready
to travel. We are based out of California and Goa, India, and are happy to travel outside of these two
locations. We have worked in several places such as Italy, and Mexico and are happy to go
wherever our brides take us. Please inquire with us for more specific pricing information.
How long is a trial? For hair and makeup, expect to take anywhere from 3 to 4 hours. This gives us enough time to assess your hair and skin, go through your inspiration photos, go over any question and concerns, and try out some looks.
What Location does it take place? For trials in the USA, we travel to you, so you choose the location. In India, trials are held in our studio in Santa Cruz.
What should I bring to my trial appointment? Please bring your inspiration pictures and any accessories you have such as, hair accessories, and veil. We also
recommend wearing a white
blouse. Other than that you do
not need to bring anything else.
Can I bring someone to my trial? Yes, you can bring an additional person. We understand you may want to bring someone for support, but we do not recommend it as it
can make the process more stressful. It is best you make your
decision on what makes you comfortable and beautiful.
Can I do a trial before signing a contract? Absolutely! We always encourage this. We want to make sure we are a good fit for each other. Since we do not hold dates,
your trial has to be
done within 2 to 3 weeks from
when you first inquire.
After the trial, how long do I have to book my date? After your trial, you have 48 hours to decide whether you want to proceed with booking.

Do you work with large parties? Yes, we can accommodate large bridal parties.
Do you
have experience with different skin tones/ethnicities? Yes! At Beleza by Claudia Pinto we
take pride in our work and are constantly investing
in our skills to give you the best and love working with diversity!
Do you
have experience with all skin types? Yes! We
strive to give you our best and prep your skin according to your skin type,
(for example: oily, dry, combo, rosacea, acne, etc.) and needs.
How far
in advance should I book my date? We book
6-12 months in advance. Some dates are very popular, we recommend booking as
soon as possible.
What is
required to hold my date? Unfortunately we don’t hold
dates. To confirm booking, you must sign a contract and pay a retainer.
Do you
have a studio? Can I come to you instead? If
you are in India yes, we have a studio where
we hold our trials. In the US, we work onsite only,
so we go to you for trials and the day of the
event as well.
Is there
a travel fee? Yes, all of our services are done
on location at your home, hotel, airbnb, or
venue. We charge $.81 cents per mile, round trip.

Do you
offer airbrush? Yes! We love airbrush and offer
it for an additional fee. Please inquire.
How long
does each service take? Services for the bride are
usually 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1.5 hours, per service. For your bridal party,
services usually take 45 minutes to an hour.
Do you provide a touch up kit? Yes, we provide a small touch up kit for the bride. We also offer a deluxe touch up kit. Please inquire.
